    Our proposals are rooted in tradition of the Venetian country kitchen, where unique and genuine products create simple and tasty dishes. All products used in the kitchen are natural and home-grown, from the pork to the vegetables, pasta and desserts.

    Our menu is attentive to guests and varies according to the season. The great cold cuts appetisers we produce are ever present, as well as our risotto all'isolana, home-made bigoli with guanciale (pork cheek), home-made pappardelle with wild boar sauce, suckling pig, grilled pork and, in winter, cotechino, a sort of pork sausage, with pearà, a traditional Veronese sauce. Finally we offer only homemade desserts such as tiramisu, amaretto semifreddo, sbrisolona, an Italian almond crumble cake, and apple tart.

    For a special evening or lunch with company our main dish is irresistible: roasted suckling pig. Our pig farm with suckling part-pig part-boar animals allows free growth, making our meat almost unique in Italy. Our restaurant consists of two large rooms which, thanks to the large windows, offer wonderful views of the city. Also, in summer, you can eat outside under our porch, on the large terrace made from local stone or amidst the flowers in the garden.

We are very attentive to all needs, every dish is freshly prepared with our own products and therefore we can guarantee the content of our dishes, respecting allergies, intolerances and lifestyle choices.

We have adopted, since day one and with strong conviction, an approach to eco-sustainability and natural products, involving every activity of the farm, which has become a real lifestyle. The result is not deliberately framed in pre-established schemes, so no labels ...

Our micro breeding in the wild is an almost unique reality in Italy. In this way, the restaurant and the shop offer unique products with quality and authenticity, while maintaining a healthy and ethical system.
