ORIGINS...

Originally we were farmers who began to grow and produce most of the raw materials
and products we use in the kitchen.
For us it is very important that those who come to eat here know that our dishes
are born here, right from the start.

Our motto is "from farm to fork" and our philosophy is 100% natural!

OUR KITCHEN

Our kitchen produces delicious dishes originating in the Verona
tradition, to satisfy the tastes of our guests.

Choose from our tasty entrées, our succulent starters and our
tasty mains, including the delicious baked suckling pig.

Not everyone coming to dinner with us will be able to order all of the courses on
our menu.
Many prefer to skip the entrées and jump directly to starters, requesting the
famous "tris" composed of Bigoli with bacon, Risotto all'isolana and Tagliatelle with
wild boar ragù.
Others skip the starters and enjoy our cold cuts while waiting for
a rich main, be it a mixed grill, pork or a grilled fillet.
What hardly anyone* skips is undoubtedly the home-reared pork.


*Although it is clear that we prefer meat, we
also host many vegetarians and our menu lists meticulously,
for every single course, all information to enable eating
while consciously avoiding meat, gluten, eggs, etc.
